Negative feedback on eBay?
Hi, some b*tch bought a purple iphone case off me, then complained because it was purple (yeah I know) anyway she eventually paid and I refunded her and sent her a feedback revision request, she ignored it. Now I have a negative feedback, and 106 positive, could this affect sales? Its just annoying and frustrating more than anything..

I would contact her again & explain that you've done the right thing by her & would she kindly revise her feedback. (nicely of course) If she ignores you again just follow up her feedback saying something like "full refund given" just dont be abusive or nasty in your follow up if you know what I mean.
I dont think one neg would have much impact on your sales, when I buy from someone I look at their negs & follow up comments. If I feel the seller did nothing wrong I would still buy.
& Yes it is very annoying! dont forget to add her to your blocked bidders list (see site map).
